How does Storeo lower accounting costs?

We connect your transactions to your accounting software (wFirma, inFakt, Fakturownia, Fakturomania). Your accountant gets every document without exports or spreadsheets, so there is less work. Even full limited-company accounting stops being expensive, and moving from sole trader or partnership to a limited company gets easier.

Which label printers and scanners do you support?

ZPL label printers, including Zebra and TSC, and any barcode scanner that works as a keyboard (USB or Bluetooth). In practice: almost every scanner on the market.

How does the free trial work?

You use Storeo free for 2 months, no card needed. You get your own address on storeo.eu, e.g. yourstore.storeo.eu. After the trial, choose a plan or walk away.

What is the difference between Basic and Premium?

Basic (PLN 199 net) covers the POS till, inventory, label printing, barcode scanning, jewellery attributes and basic reports. Premium (PLN 249 net) adds quotes, purchase offer links, loyalty cards, unlimited warehouses, the audit log and access to premium integrations: online store, payments and instalments, shipping, accounting, SMS, WhatsApp and email. Each premium integration is a separate monthly add-on.

Can I send a quote straight to a customer?

Yes. Prepare a quote with photos and price, send it via WhatsApp, SMS or email, and the customer accepts and pays on their phone, in instalments too. The order then moves on by itself: to shipping or pickup.

Can customers pay in instalments?

Yes. On Premium we support instalment and deferred payments via Klarna, PayPo and Twisto, alongside BLIK, cards and instant transfers.

Can Storeo run under my brand?

Yes, as white label. The system, store, emails and texts run under your logo and domain, with no mention of Storeo.
